Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team in deburring various machined products. This role involves using hand tools to refine knives after CNC machining, ensuring the removal of imperfections. Additionally, you will be responsible for loading and unloading laser machines and robotic cells. Although the job requires consistent lifting of 25lbs, it is not physically demanding and requires mobility throughout the shift.

ResponsibilitiesUse hand tools and power tools to deburr imperfections on machined knives.Unload and load laser machines and robotic cells.Consistently lift 25lbs and remain on your feet for the majority of the shift.Essential SkillsExperience with deburring and production processes.Proficiency in using hand tools.Familiarity with CNC setup, lathes, and mills.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral knowledge of industrial environments.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a small to medium-sized industrial machine shop with CNC machines, laser presses, and grinding machines strategically placed throughout the facility. Enjoy a structured shift schedule with Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm for the majority of employees. Dress code requires work clothes such as jeans, t-shirts, closed-toed shoes, and face masks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
