**Seeking a General Production Worker in Minneapolis** **$23-25/hr with a Pay Raise to $30/hr When Hired On** **Job Description** In this role, the individual will be responsible for handling, storing, transferring, and transporting chemical materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The job requires operating equipment within a controlled environment, akin to a clean room setting, to mix, batch, and package products into smaller weights per unit. You will adjust equipment settings based on batch size, temperatures, and run times, following specific SOPs and work instructions to ensure precise operations. Routine maintenance of equipment, recording of operating data, test results, instrument readings, and managing paperwork such as shipping and receiving, plant data sheets, environmental reports, inventory sheets, and inspection reports are also part of the role. **Responsibilities** + Wear appropriate protective gear including a gown, mask, safety glasses, and hair net. + Operate equipment in a controlled environment to mix and package pharmaceutical products. + Adjust equipment settings according to batch sizes, temperatures, and run times. + Follow specific SOPs and work instructions. + Perform routine maintenance on equipment. + Record operating data, test results, and instrument readings. + Manage shipping and receiving paperwork, plant data sheets, and environmental reports. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.12 - $25.00/hr.
