Production Technician

Job Description

We are seeking motivated, team-oriented individuals for multiple positions within the production department. Whether you are entry-level or experienced, there are opportunities in various areas including Image, Mechanical, and Wet Process.

ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery in a semi-clean room environment and apply images to PCBs.Utilize laser drill machines and CNCs in mechanical operations, and perform visual inspections.Conduct chemical plating processes in the Wet Process department, adhering to safety protocols.Perform inspections using microscopes or magnifying glasses across all departments.Manage physical tasks such as lifting up to 20lbs or pushing carts.Essential SkillsExperience in production, general production, and machine operating.Knowledge of PCB, electronic manufacturing, plating, and chemicals.Ability to set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment.Basic visual inspection skills and ability to read customer specifications and prints.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.Additional Skills & QualificationsCNC and drill machine experience is a plus.High school graduate or equivalent.U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Resident, or Refugee Status required.Physical endurance to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a leading PCB manufacturing facility serving diverse industries such as Aerospace, Avionics, Military, Commercial, and Medical Applications. The environment includes a semi-clean room with amber lighting, machine operating areas, and chemical processing departments, each providing necessary uniforms and safety equipment. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
