Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Workers. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process of products, from material handling to ensuring high-quality production in a cutting-edge, automated environment.

ResponsibilitiesHandle raw materials to prepare for production.Feed parts into the production line as required.Understand specification sheets to set machines when needed.Operate machines and troubleshoot basic issues.Read the HMI touchscreen to ensure production quality.Use an overhead crane to move finished productsOperate a forklift to store finished products in the warehouse.Essential SkillsAbility to work safely and independently without consistent supervision.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.Ability to work 12-hour shifts.Open mind to being trained on a forklift.Ability to read, write, and understand written work orders in English.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction is beneficialWillingness to learn and be trained in new processes.Good soft skills and ability to multitask.Attention to detail and cleanliness, especially in regulated environments.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The building is a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled facility that closely resembles a clean room. It supports large customers, demanding high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. The shift schedules are 1st (8 AM - 8 PM) and 3rd (8 PM - 8 AM) on a 2/2/3 schedule. The facility is automated, and the role is easy on the body, with minimal physical strain.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $21.65/hr.
