**Job Title: General Production Worker-3rd Shift** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker where you will play a crucial role on the production line, assembling materials, operating machines, and ensuring quality inspection before shipment. You will rotate through various positions on the line, fostering a versatile skill set. **Responsibilities** + Work on the production line assembling materials and operating machinery. + Inspect parts before packaging to ensure quality standards are met. + Assemble components and place them into boxes for shipment. + Rotate through different positions on the line to gain diverse experience. + Work overtime as needed, including early starts, late finishes, and some Saturdays. **Essential Skills** + At least 6 months of recent experience in manufacturing. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. + Experience in visual inspection for identifying defects such as scratches, paint marks, or dents. + Demonstrated job stability with at least 8 months at each of the last three jobs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with mechanical and machine operation is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work environment with benefits such as a shift premium during training, a monthly attendance bonus, and comprehensive health benefits. Please note that long fingernails are not permitted for safety reasons. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.95 - $16.95/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
