**Job Title: General Production Worker 2nd Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm)** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the production line. Your responsibilities will include assembling materials, operating machines, and inspecting parts before packaging them for shipment. This position offers a variety of tasks, allowing team members to rotate between roles that match their preferences. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor production line machinery. + Assemble components and materials efficiently. + Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality before packaging. + Package finished products for shipment. + Rotate between different positions on the production line as needed. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, including handling car hoods made of plastic and foam. + Proven experience in visual inspection for defects such as scratches, paint marks, or dents. + Demonstrated job longevity with at least 8 months at each of the past three jobs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical aptitude and experience with machine operation are advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work culture with opportunities for growth and development. Openings are available on the 1st and 3rd shifts, with potential for overtime including early starts, extended shifts, and some Saturdays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.95 - $17.05/hr.
