Your vital role maintains quality and production standards to ensure excellent products. **Job Responsibilities** + Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues + Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records + Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations **Keys to Success** Achieve flawless execution by strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols, and successfully implementing continuous improvement strategies. **Education** + High school diploma or GED is required **Experience** + Basic knowledge of machinery preferred + Experience with production equipment is a plus + Familiarity with quality testing **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions + Knowledge of simple measuring devices + Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period **Physical Requirements / Work Environment** This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment. **Compensation and Benefits** The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $17.71–$26.56. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
