**Job Title: Production Worker - $16/HR - 1st Shift** **Job Description** The role involves the manufacturing and assembling of windows and door walls. You will work in one of four areas: Shipping & Receiving, Frames, Sashes, or Doorwall/Casements. Positions are interchangeable to some extent, allowing for continuous training on different sub-assemblies within the facility. **Responsibilities** + Assemble windows or door walls, including measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials. + Repetitively lift and move materials weighing 10-50+ lbs, depending on the position. + Punch holes into the material and strip the material. + Work with hand tools and place flexy glass on frames. + Operate machines, saws, or weld when going direct. + Perform repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, and bending. + Stock and clean the workspace and general areas. + Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively. + Knowledge of hand tools and the ability to hold and use a hammer. + Experience working in a fast-paced environment with quotas. + Ability to stand for the entire duration of an 8-hour shift. + Capability to bend, twist, and squat during the shift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read a tape measure. **Why Work Here?** Employees receive annual performance-based raises, offering growth opportunities and potential earnings increase over three years.
