**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly and inspection of materials on our production line. You will operate machinery and ensure quality by inspecting components before they are packaged for shipment. This position offers the opportunity to rotate between different roles based on your preferences, making it a versatile and engaging work experience. **Responsibilities** + Assemble materials and operate machines on the production line. + Inspect parts to ensure quality before packaging for shipment. + Rotate between different positions on the production line based on preference. + Handle components with care, ensuring they meet quality standards. + Adhere to safety protocols at all times. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing background with at least 6 months of recent experience. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. + Experience in visual inspection for defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents. + Consistency in employment history, with at least 8 months at each of the last three jobs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical skills are a plus. + Experience in machine operating is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** We offer excellent health benefits, including a low deductible health plan and dental coverage with no copay. Shifts are available on 1st and 3rd, with hours from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Be prepared to work overtime, including some Saturdays, with mandatory 12-hour shifts for hourly employees. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.95/hr.
