**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced food production environment. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining filling machines, ensuring the quality and safety of our products. This position offers opportunities for long-term growth and upward mobility as the company is projected to double in size over the next five years. **Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and maintain filling machines. + Perform and record quality checks to ensure shelf-life integrity and package quality. + Perform nominal maintenance on equipment. + Conduct CIP and in-process sanitation on equipment and areas as needed. + Ensure adherence to food safety and quality protocols. + Follow all Safety and GMP regulations at all times. + Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves, and aprons. + Provide coverage in the absence of other Machine Operators. + Input redzone codes accurately and in a timely manner. **Essential Skills** + Experience in food manufacturing, machine operation, and packaging. + Ability to operate forklifts and perform warehouse duties. + Strong interpersonal communication skills. + Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. + Ability to multitask and exercise independent organizational and problem-solving skills. + Ability to push up to 300 pounds and pull up to 500 pounds with mechanical assistance, and lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Detail-oriented with moderate supervision. + Ability to read charts and monitors. + Experience in general labor and production. + Computer skills. **Why Work Here?** This is a stable position with long-term growth opportunities as the company supports Intel and is set to double in the next five years. Available shifts include Front Half Days, Back Half Days, Front Half Nights, and Back Half Nights. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
