Production Worker 18+ HR
**Job Title: General Production | $18-19/HR** **Job Description** As a Cleanroom Technician, you will operate and tend to injection mold machines, ensuring efficient production and quality standards are met. Starting with one machine, you will gradually be trained to handle more machines, ultimately managing up to three. Your role involves visual inspection, packaging, and possibly some small sub-assemblies, as well as operating a sonic welder for specific tasks. **Responsibilities** + Operate 1 to 3 injection mold machines, starting with one and increasing responsibilities as training progresses. + Perform machine changeovers for different products, running 3 to 5 products weekly. + Conduct visual inspections and packaging of products. + Execute small sub-assemblies when required. + Operate a sonic welder for tasks such as welding smoothie cups or inserting magnets. + Trim excess flash from products and heat resin to meet quality standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. + Ability to follow work instructions carefully. + Proficiency in visual inspection of products. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with injection molding is advantageous and may lead to direct placement. **Why Work Here?** Join a clean, temperature-controlled environment with music playing overhead to enhance your work experience. Shifts are organized as follows: 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime is mandatory when posted, requiring additional hours on weekends for 1st/2nd shifts and on Friday for 3rd shift. Approximately 20 people work per shift, in a non-physically demanding environment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
