**Job Title: Production Worker - $17/HR - 3rd Shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will work on the production line for our exciting new project. You will be responsible for assembling materials, operating machines, inspecting parts, and preparing them for shipment. You will also maintain a clean and safe working environment. **Responsibilities** + Assemble materials and operate machines on the production line. + Inspect parts after assembly and prepare them for shipment. + Maintain a clean and safe working environment. + May be required to assemble components as part of the production process. **Essential Skills** + At least 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. + Experience with visual inspection for defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents. + Demonstrated job stability with at least 8 months or longer at the past three jobs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in mechanical or machine operating roles is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a shift premium during training, a monthly attendance bonus, and excellent health benefits, including HAP with a low deductible and Delta Dental with no co-pay. Shifts available are the 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am, starting on Sunday night. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TROY, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.85 - $16.85/hr.
