We’re looking for a production associate who isn’t afraid to stay on the move—lifting up to 50 lbs, standing throughout the shift, and tackling tasks like picking, packing, bending, reaching, and more. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and open to working overtime (including weekends and holidays when needed), this could be the perfect fit! Responsibilities:  Pick, pack, and move products/materials accurately according to work ordersOperate as an order picker and assist with general production/warehouse duties as assignedLift, carry, and transport items up to 50 lbs throughout the shiftMaintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety and quality proceduresWork required schedules including overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed Qualifications and Requirements:   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, squatting, pushing/pulling, twisting, reaching, and graspingEntry-level: little or no prior manufacturing/production experience requiredHigh school diploma or GED preferredMust be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requestedMust pass a pre-placement background check; occasional climbing/balancing required Benefits and Perks:  $21.00 per hourMedical Benefits  Holidays Training & Growth  Your New Organization: packaging products—including steel, plastic, and fiber drums, IBCs, boxes, bottles, and closures—supporting essential industries worldwide. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
