Job Title: WelderPosition Overview

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our pre‑fabrication shop team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding steel frames used in modular unit construction. The ideal candidate is skilled in MIG and fluxcore welding, comfortable reading and working from blueprints, and able to maintain high-quality standards in a production‑focused environment. Most welding work will be performed in flat and horizontal positions, with occasional vertical welds.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
