Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Worker
**Location:** Johnstown, PA
**Pay Range:** $16.00/hr.

**What's the Job?**
+ Coat customer products to exact specifications using hand application techniques.
+ Inspect and ensure quality compliance of your own work.
+ Disassemble, clean, and refurbish conformal coating assemblies as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area while adhering to safety policies.
+ Assist in other areas or perform additional duties as required by business needs.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required; completion of SCS Reading Comprehension assessment may be accepted.
+ Background in inspection and/or quality control preferred but not required.
+ **Artistic and crafting abilities are highly desirable—experience with painting, building models, baking and decorating, puzzles, or other fine-detail hobbies translate well into this role.**
+ Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
+ Strong manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for working with fine tools and intricate components.
