Pay Rate Starting at : $23.67 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Production Test Technician who is passionate about precision, quality, and hands-on testing. In this role, you’ll support production testing of advanced aerospace systems—helping ensure reliability, performance, and safety for technologies that impact lives around the world.
What You’ll Do Day to DayAs a Production Test Technician, you’ll work directly with production assemblies, test systems, and engineering teams to validate performance and drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up test apparatus and conducting tests on production assemblies and units
Testing completed assemblies at both cold and hot temperatures
Monitoring, recording, and documenting test data and results
Laying out and assembling units for production equipment per designs and specifications
Adjusting, calibrating, and modifying equipment as required
Troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions by adjusting or replacing components
Performing preventive maintenance on test equipment
Using hand tools, small power tools, and precision measuring and testing devices
Working closely with engineers to improve test processes and efficiency
Supporting quality verification using statistical process controls and other procedures
Required QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of assembly and/or test experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to learn test software and systems
Intermediate computer skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and specifications
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience working with temperature chambers
Background in aerospace, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing environments

Pay Details: $23.67 per hour
