Job Description:
As a Production Technician, you will help turn raw materials into high-tech parts made from fiberglass, carbon fiber, and Kevlar. As a technician, you are the most important part of our process. You aren’t just "moving parts"—you are a craftsperson ensuring every item we make is strong, safe, and ready for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Production Technician Job Responsibilities include:Handle High-Tech Materials: You will carefully cut and layer materials like carbon fiber and fiberglass into molds.Follow the Blueprint: You will read "travelers" (instruction sheets) and engineering drawings to make sure every part is built exactly right.Assemble Components: You’ll prepare and put together the different pieces needed for the molding process.Maintain Quality: You will keep a close eye on your work to prevent mistakes, save costs, and ensure our customers stay happy.Learn the Process: You will develop a deep understanding of how raw materials change into finished composite parts.Education: High School
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (anything over requires 2 people or lift device)Must be able to stand for 8 hour shiftMust be able to pass a Drug Test and Background checkSkills:
OrganizedDetail OrientedComputer Literate (Clocking in/out, daily job tracking) Basic MathRelated Experience: Composite Technician, Manufacturing, Fiberglass Laminator, Manufacturing
