**Job Title: Production Technician** **Shift: M-Th 6am-4:30pm** **Pay: $18-$21** **Job Description** We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals for a hands-on role that combines Production Technician responsibilities with learning CNC Machines. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic production environment. **Responsibilities** + Work on your feet for 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. + Perform moderate to heavy lifting and assist with material handling throughout the shop. + Support general labor tasks including loading/unloading, prepping materials, cleaning workstations, and maintaining workflow. + Receive hands-on training in CNC machining, including how to operate and maintain precision equipment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and CNC machining. + Ability to operate and maintain CNC machines. + Proficiency in assembly and machine operation. + Skill in using hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Attention to detail. + Punctuality. + Trainability on all aspects of the role. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic production environment that offers the opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
