This role supports production operations by troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and following ISO-9001 and EHS requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly experience and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.  ResponsibilitiesDesign, assemble, calibrate, test, and audit leak test products according to specifications and proceduresPerform basic troubleshooting on the production floor and provide feedback for continuous improvementVerify product conformance to specifications, application protocols, and audit documentationMaintain accurate and timely documentation for job hours, BOMs, parts usage, and production dataAdhere to ISO-9001 standards, EHS regulations, and quality policies while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Qualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical technology, leak testing, or mechanical assemblyWorking knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical componentsAbility to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructionsStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and escalate issues Benefits and PerksPay rate of $21–$24 per hourMedical, dental, and vision insurance optionsWeekly pay with direct deposit or pay cardOngoing training and exposure to new products and technology Your New OrganizationUson is a leading manufacturer of leak testing equipment, known for precision, quality, and innovation. The base pay range for this position is $21–$24 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
