We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals for a hands-on role that combines Production Technician responsibilities with learning CNC Machinist skills. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic production environment.

ResponsibilitiesWork on your feet for 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM).Perform moderate to heavy lifting and assist with material handling throughout the shop.Operate in and around burn oven areas; while the facility is climate controlled, heat exposure is part of the job.Support general labor tasks including loading/unloading, prepping materials, cleaning workstations, and maintaining workflow.Receive hands-on training in CNC machining, including how to operate and maintain precision equipment.Essential SkillsExperience in production and assembly line work.Ability to perform heavy lifting.Experience with machine operation and use of hand tools.Punctuality and attention to detail.Trainable and eager to learn new skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsInterest in advancing to a skilled machinist role.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
