As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Days (07:00-16:00)

What's the Job?

Operate production machinery to manufacture silt fence products Load uncompleted parts and offload finished components safely and efficiently Perform quality checks and read measurements using a tape measure Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety procedures and company policies diligently

What's Needed?

Recent industrial or manufacturing experience preferred Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn machine operation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs manually, with no lifting above shoulder height Strong communication skills and a professional attitude Reliable and committed to showing up consistently and on time
