Our client, a leader in high-reliability electronic component manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting quality assurance and production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm
What's the Job?
Perform electrical testing of high-reliability power supplies and similar equipment using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and custom test equipment. Conduct board and component-level testing of printed circuit board assemblies. Carry out military standard qualification testing and environmental testing of electronic components. Test space-grade magnetic components and products using environmental chambers, thermal shock chambers, shock and vibration systems, and vacuum chambers. Diagnose and repair field returns, providing technical support to production operators.What's Needed?
1 – 2 years of related experience in electronics testing or a similar field. Applied knowledge of job skills, company policies, and procedures. Associate degree in electronics technology or significant relevant experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to work with engineers to develop test jigs, tooling, and procedures for new products. Participation in quality improvement initiatives and maintenance activities.What's in it for me?
