The work schedule is 1st shift, 6am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with busy season from December to May, leading to potential overtime and 10-hour workdays. The Mill Team consists of 8 people, and candidates should be comfortable with varying workloads. The environment is dusty, non-temperature controlled, with strong fumes due to chemical manufacturing.
