Production Technician
**Production Technician** **Job Description** As a Production Technician, you will perform complex and advanced assembly of small components according to established specifications and standards. You will troubleshoot and service nonconforming subassemblies, devices, and components, while assembling complex subassemblies and integrating them into final IVD diagnostic systems. You will build electro-mechanical and electro-optical assemblies with a high level of precision, conduct in-process inspections and testing, and handle ESD-sensitive components. **Responsibilities** + Perform soldering of fine connections and program PCBAs using established procedures. + Conduct in-process inspections and testing using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calipers. + Read, interpret, and follow detailed work instructions and assembly documentation. + Complete accurate build records and documentation in compliance with medical device and company quality standards. + Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to address build issues, non-conformances, or unusual assembly scenarios. + Support continuous improvement efforts related to assembly processes and documentation. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly, production, cleanroom, and medical device environments. + Electromechanical assembly skills. + Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, schematics, and manuals. + Good verbal and written communication skills. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a professional work environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 3-5 years of experience. + Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment is desired but not required. + Fast learner and problem solver. + Able to use and navigate basic computer applications. + Great attention to detail. + Able to use hand tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing biomedical company on the cutting edge of laboratory testing.
