**Hiring for Production Technicians in Lebanon, TN** **Job Description** As a Production Technician, you will work in a clean room environment, adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Your role will involve manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers. You will follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to ensure quality and consistency. Cleanroom conditions include greater than 30% humidity, temperatures between 60–70°F, and ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, with no makeup or jewelry allowed. Frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion are involved. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understanding of chemical hygiene, such as disinfectants, solvents, and IPA, are necessary. The role requires the ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift, and occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
