Your role will involve manufacturing, assembling, and packaging Bio-Process Containers. You are expected to follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to ensure quality and consistency. This position requires keen attention to detail and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. **Responsibilities** + Manufacture, assemble, and package Bio-Process Containers. + Follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings. + Ensure quality and consistency in all production processes. + Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. **Essential Skills** + Production experience. + Knowledge of cleanroom and assembly line operations. + Data entry proficiency. + Experience in packaging and general production processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 1 year of production experience is preferred but not required. + Basic computer skills for completing training modules. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Good verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to follow detailed procedures. + Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Team-oriented mindset. **Work Environment** The role is set in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment, with conditions such as humidity over 30%, temperatures between 60–70°F, and ambient noise. Employees will be required to wear gloves, hair/beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses, with no makeup or jewelry allowed. The position involves frequent gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion, as well as the use of PPE and understanding of chemical hygiene. Technicians should be able to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift, using hand tools and equipment, and occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted. The work schedule may include up to 10-hour days with possible overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
