**Job Title: Production Technician** **Job Description** As a Production Technician, you will work in a clean room environment, adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Your primary responsibilities will include manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers, while ensuring quality and consistency by following detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings. Cleanroom conditions include greater than 30% humidity, temperature between 60–70°F, and ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, with no makeup or jewelry allowed. The role involves frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. Use of PPE and understanding of chemical hygiene is necessary. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift is required. Use of hand tools and equipment is involved, and you must occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
