**Job Title: Machine Operator**
Job Responsibilities
+ Set up, start, and run all machinery, ensuring compliance with operating and safety procedures, as well as ISO standards.
+ Weigh ingredients according to recipe specifications and insert them into machinery.
+ Ensure correct ingredients are delivered to the work area and insert pre-blended materials into machinery.
+ Monitor production and equipment for safe and efficient operation, troubleshooting any equipment or processing issues.
+ Operate machinery to mix, extrude, discharge, or handle materials following operating procedures.
+ Examine materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards.
+ Take samples of materials to the lab for evaluation and instructions on batch adjustments, if necessary.
+ Refer issues or problems to the Production Lead or Production/Shift Supervisor.
+ Perform all required machine cleaning.
+ Complete and maintain all required system inputs and transactions, ensuring data integrity.
+ Document work completed, including logs, data reports, and procedures.
Essential Skills
+ At least one year of production experience in a manufacturing plant involving mixing, blending, batching, or production of powdered or liquid parts.
+ Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
+ High school diploma, GED equivalency, or relevant experience.
+ Computer literacy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with GMP, quality control, shipping and receiving, and machine operation.
+ Experience with warehouse operations and SAP.
Shift and Pay
+ 1st shift 4:00 am - 2:30 pm M-Th
+ 2nd shift 12:00PM - 10:30PM M- Th
+ $19/hour
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
