As a Production Technician, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that values safety, precision, and continuous improvement. **What You’ll Do** + Operate and monitor plant machinery to ensure smooth and safe production. + Navigate a multi-level facility, working at heights and moving between floors. + Handle powdered chemicals, including dumping 10-kilo bags and tracking data using basic math. + Use forklifts, industrial scales, and hand/power tools for operations and maintenance. + Perform minor mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. + Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and leadership. + Stay up-to-date on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and operational guidelines. **What You Bring** + Experience in machine operation, mechanical systems, or process manufacturing. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. + Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. + A commitment to safety and reliability—perfect attendance and safety record preferred. + Electrical or instrumentation experience is a plus, but not required. **No Chemical Experience?
