\n\t\t\t\t\t1) Machine Operation & Material Preparation\nApplication: Operate manufacturing equipment and prepare raw materials (cutting, grinding, milling, heat treating) per production specs.\n\n2) ERP System Proficiency\nApplication: Record rejects, task in/out of jobs, scan inventory, and print labels using ERP software.\n\n3) Quality Control & Visual Inspection\nApplication: Verify product conformity, identify nonconforming items, and escalate issues to supervisors or quality technicians.\n\n4) Safety Awareness & Cleanliness\nApplication: Report unsafe conditions, maintain a clean work center, and follow safety protocols (e.g., PPE usage).\nKey Attributes: Responsibility, consistency, and safety-first mindset.\n\n5) Communication & Shift Handover\nApplication: Relay job performance updates to incoming shift operators and notify supervisors of production issues.\nKey Attributes: Clarity, teamwork, and reliability.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
