Description

1) Machine Operation & Material Preparation

Application: Operate manufacturing equipment and prepare raw materials (cutting, grinding, milling, heat treating) per production specs.

2) ERP System Proficiency

Application: Record rejects, task in/out of jobs, scan inventory, and print labels using ERP software.

3) Quality Control & Visual Inspection

Application: Verify product conformity, identify nonconforming items, and escalate issues to supervisors or quality technicians.

4) Safety Awareness & Cleanliness

Application: Report unsafe conditions, maintain a clean work center, and follow safety protocols (e.g., PPE usage).

5) Communication & Shift Handover

Application: Relay job performance updates to incoming shift operators and notify supervisors of production issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
