Are you mechanically inclined with a passion for chemistry and hands-on production work? Join our team as a Production Technician and play a key role in crafting high-quality citrus oils through distillation, blending, and batching processes.
🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesOperate distillation and reaction process equipment with precision.Perform mixing, blending, and batching of citrus compounds.Manage inventory through accurate paperwork and transfers.Set up and maintain process plumbing lineups using hoses, hard lines, and fittings.Package citrus oils into drums, pails, and gallon containers with proper labeling and sampling.Conduct GC analysis on distillation cuts and in-process samples.Make real-time adjustments based on analytical results.Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Standards.Operate forklifts and drum pickers for material handling.🧠 What You BringExperience in distillation, mixing, and blending.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Familiarity with chemical processes and safety protocols.Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.Forklift certification is a plus.🌟 Why Join Us?Competitive pay and unique 7-on/7-off schedule for better work-life balance.Opportunity to work in a specialized field with room for growth.Supportive team environment and hands-on training.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
