Job Title: Production Technician
Job Description

As a Production Technician, you will oversee the quality in machining value streams. This role involves conducting quality checks, solving problems, and managing part and process consistency. You will be responsible for measuring machining parts and reviewing quality and CMM reports to ensure standards are met.

ResponsibilitiesConduct quality checks and problem-solving tasks.Oversee and ensure part and process consistency.Measure and evaluate machining parts.Review and analyze quality and CMM reports.Essential SkillsQuality control experience in a production environment.Proficiency in inspection and machine operation.Ability to use quality measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.Knowledge of blueprints and CMM processes.Familiarity with LEAN and 5S methodologies.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably with CNC machines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience with root cause analysis and built-in quality (BIQ).Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position requires working the 1st shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The facility is climate-controlled and equipped with advanced technologies to enhance your work experience. Enjoy a professional environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
