**Job Title: Production Technician** **Job Description** As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for using precise processes and tools to set up molds in a variety of machines, ensuring seamless production operations. You'll print work orders, view the production schedule, manage mold cycles, troubleshoot equipment failures, and perform preventive maintenance. The environment is welcoming, requiring contractors to gown up with booties, masks, and safety glasses. The schedule includes 12-hour shifts with a pattern of 2 days working, 2 days off, and 3 days working, offering every other weekend off. Shift differentials include additional pay for A/B and B/D shifts, as well as 2nd and 3rd shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BALDWIN, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $38.00/hr.
