**Job Title: Production Technician** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team in Poway, California, as a Production Technician in a high-reliability printed circuit board manufacturing environment. We are seeking motivated individuals, both entry-level and experienced, to contribute to various areas within our production department. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery in a semi-clean room environment, including coating film and applying images to PCBs. + Utilize laser drill machines and CNCs for mechanical operations, ensuring visual inspection of parts. + Handle chemical processes for plating PCBs, adhering to safety protocols and wearing specific uniforms as needed. + Conduct inspections using microscopes or magnifying glasses across all departments. + Lift up to 20 pounds or push carts as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general production and machine operating. + Knowledge of PCB manufacturing, plating, and chemical handling. + Ability to set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment. + Basic visual inspection skills. + Strong communication skills, both oral and written. + Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. + High school diploma or equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + CNC and drill machine experience is a plus. + Ability to read and understand customer specifications, prints, and related documents. + Strong listening skills to gather and process requests. + Physical endurance to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. + Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) program, and company-sponsored life and long-term disability insurance.
