ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery within image, mechanical, and wet process departments.Inspect products using microscopes or magnifying lenses.Lift up to 20 lbs. or push carts as needed.Ensure equipment start-up and gather materials for job duties.Maintain manufacturing equipment and perform regular inspections.Apply images to PCBs using solder masking machines and laser drills.Conduct visual inspections and quality control checks.Essential SkillsExperience in general production and machine operating.Ability to read and understand customer specifications and related documents.Basic visual inspection skills and strong communication abilities.Capability to perform basic mathematical calculations.Additional Skills & QualificationsMotivated individuals with a 'Go-Getter' attitude.Willingness to learn and cross-train in various departments.Ability to set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our production floor is divided into image, mechanical, and wet process departments, each with its unique working conditions. The image department operates in a semi-clean room environment with amber lighting, requiring specific gowning attire for safety. The mechanical department involves machine operating, including laser drills and CNCs. The wet process department handles chemical plating with a specific uniform provided for safety. All departments require the use of microscopes or magnifying lenses for inspection.

Shift Available Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm (must train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks) Must be able to work every other Saturday for overtime Overtime after shift during the week is mandatory Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
