**Job Title: Production Technician** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Production Technician, where you will play a vital role in the manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. You will be responsible for ensuring each step of the production process is executed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings related to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging. This role requires adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and collaboration within a fast-paced team setting. **Responsibilities** + Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. + Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings accurately. + Handle materials and operate equipment as per guidelines. + Package finished goods meticulously. + Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). + Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, cleanroom, assembly, general production, warehouse, data entry, assembly line, and packaging. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Computer knowledge and skills to log into a system and complete training modules. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Good verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to follow complex procedures. + Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles. + Ability to work in a team environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Production, assembly, and warehouse experience preferred. + Order picking skills are advantageous. + Preferred one year of production experience. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a brand new and rapidly growing company in the area, offering plenty of opportunities for career advancement. **Work Environment** Work in a controlled cleanroom environment, characterized by temperatures between 60 and 70 degrees and humidity greater than 30%. The cleanroom may have some ambient noise. Specific gowning requirements include gloves, hair and beard nets, face cover, and safety glasses, with restrictions on makeup and jewelry. The position requires forceful gripping/grasping and repetitive motion such as pushing and pulling. You will be expected to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene, including labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for common chemicals like disinfectants, solvents, and Isopropyl Alcohol (70% and 99%). The role involves standing, moving, reaching, bending, stooping, grasping throughout the shift, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds unassisted. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
