Production / Technical Support III

Position Summary
• Serve as hands on Subject Matter Expert and support issues resolution (Priority 1, 2 3).
• Assess and suggest process improvements, enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Maintain documentation of the issues and knowledge of business processes.
• Application Release and Deployment Support.
• Provide support after office hours, weekends and on call support when business needs.
• Production Ticket/Issue Triage support.
• Identify root cause in the code, perform break-fix activities in the code and/or DB.
• Create adhoc data reports as needed by Line of Business.
• 5+ years of developing/supporting Mainframe/ETL based applications.
• 5+ Years of developing/supporting batch using Job Control Language (JCL) and COBOL programs.
• 5+ Years of experience with tools such as CA7, NDM/FTP, File Manager.
• 5+ Years of experience with Databases such as DB2, Oracle.
• 2+ Years of experience with Datastage/ETL, Unix, Autosys.
• 2+ Years of experience with Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral are required as the individual must interface with application developers, support teams and management.
• Experience with consumer banking or Deposits applications.
