**Job Title: 2nd Shift Team Member** **Location: (Madison, AL)** **Shift: 2nd Shift | (7PM-3:45AM)** **Pay: ($18.38/Hour)** **Position Summary:** We are currently hiring a dependable and motivated 2nd Shift Team Member to join our operations team. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced industrial environment, supporting recycling, sorting, baling, and general warehouse duties. **Key Responsibilities:** • Sort, load, and process recyclable materials • Operate equipment such as forklifts, balers, and conveyors (training provided) • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents • Assist with material inventory and documentation • Support other team members and shifts as needed **Qualifications:** • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus • Forklift experience preferred (certification can be provided) • Ability to work in a physically active environment • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.94/hr.
