The position provides daily work direction, directly assisting employees and working in production as required under the direction of the area supervisor. **Required Experience:** **Rite-Hite** makes top quality products and hires the most qualified employees to contribute to that. This position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); along with at least five years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a knowledge of manufacturing procedures and capacities, company products and components, and production/inventory control procedures. Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
