Job Description
As a Production Team Lead, you will study staffing schedules and estimate machine assignments, interpret company policies for workers, and enforce safety regulations. You will ensure compliance with policies and procedures, interpret specifications and job orders for molding workers, and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. You will also recommend improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
ResponsibilitiesInterpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.Ensure all policies and procedures are followed and actions for non-compliance are fair and timely.Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.Essential SkillsProficiency in computer operations including the use of printers.Ability to use small tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pry bars, pliers, and calipers.Skill in reading and setting various gauges and scales.Experience in utilizing scanners for inventory management.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions.Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret bar graphs.Strong reasoning ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions.Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform other physical activities required by the job.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
