**Job Description** Join a dynamic manufacturing team in Indianapolis as a Production Support Worker. You will have the opportunity to work in either the large parts department as a floater or the small parts department as a racker/packer. **Responsibilities** + Rack parts in preparation for painting processes. + Remove parts from racks after the paint process is complete. + Visually inspect finished products for defects related to wet processing. + Pack parts according to work instructions. + Assist with other duties in different departments as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in racking and un-racking. + Proficiency in visual inspection. + Ability to perform general labor and packing. + Experience in production line work. + Capability to handle lifting tasks. **Available Shift & Pay** + 1st shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks + **$18-20/hour** **Why Work Here?** Experience a fulfilling work-life balance within a company culture that feels like family.
