Job Title: Production Support Worker
Job Description

Join a dynamic manufacturing team in Indianapolis as a Production Support Worker. You will have the opportunity to work in either the large parts department as a floater or the small parts department as a racker/packer.

ResponsibilitiesRack parts in preparation for painting processes.Remove parts from racks after the paint process is complete.Visually inspect finished products for defects related to wet processing.Pack parts according to work instructions.Assist with other duties in different departments as needed.Essential SkillsExperience in racking and un-racking.Proficiency in visual inspection.Ability to perform general labor and packing.Experience in production line work.Capability to handle lifting tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in racking, packing, and inspection is preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. Enjoy a structured work schedule within a supportive team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $45760.00/yr.
