**Job Title: Production Support Worker** **Job Description** A manufacturer in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Production Support Worker to join the large parts department as a floater. This role involves crucial support tasks related to production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in operations. **Responsibilities** + Rack parts in preparation for painting processes. + Remove parts from racks after the paint process is completed. + Visually inspect finished products for defects related to wet processing. + Pack parts according to work instructions. + Assist with additional job duties in various departments as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in racking and un-racking parts. + Ability to perform visual inspections with attention to detail. + Experience in general labor and packing. + Capability to work efficiently on a production line. + Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in racking, packing, and inspection is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work-life balance and become part of a great culture with a family feel.
