Production Support Engineer – Mortgage / Warehouse Lending
Job Description For $77.28, this role supports the systems that drive mortgage and warehouse lending workflows, ensuring smooth loan packaging, pricing, and processing operations. The engineer monitors Oracle‑based production environments, troubleshoots issues reported by business users, and maintains the stability of end‑to‑end loan workflows. They analyze and enhance existing automation scripts, manage workflow exceptions, and coordinate with technical teams when deeper application changes are needed. Daily work includes identifying processing delays, refining operational efficiencies, documenting updates, and participating in rotation‑based extended support to maintain consistent loan workflow performance. Skills and Requirements - Strong Oracle production support experience  - Mortgage or warehouse lending workflow knowledge  - Understanding of loan packaging, rate negotiation, and exceptions  - Unix/Shell experience  - Python automation (analysis, maintenance, or enhancement)  - Ability to reverse engineer existing scripts  - Business-facing communication skills Strong production troubleshooting background - ITIL certification  - PV/Delta/Gamma knowledge  - Familiarity with yield curves & vol surfaces  - Confluence documentation Broader infrastructure exposure
