**Manufacturing Production Supervisor** + **_Coopersville, MI_** + **_Direct Placement_** + **_70-90K Salary_** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated **2nd Shift Production Supervisor** who will play a key role in overseeing our production operations. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. **2nd shift runs Monday - Friday from 3PM-11PM.** + Oversee and manage a team of 35 employees on the East side, specializing in SMT/LED lights. + Coordinate scheduling, manage time cards, and foster positive employee relations. + Conduct daily check-ins and build overall team cohesion during the 2nd shift. + Communicate effectively to encourage and drive team results, ensuring adherence to standards and KPIs. + Implement conflict resolution strategies and provide positive reinforcement to team members. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing. + At least 2 years of supervisory experience. + Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office. **Why Work Here?** Join a thriving manufacturing environment where teamwork and excellence are paramount.
