**Production Supervisor** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team at a state-of-the-art bakery in Oak Creek, WI, where we set new standards for quality and innovation in food production. We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our high-speed production facility. You will manage a team of 58-62 associates and collaborate with key support departments to ensure seamless operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of total employee engagement. **Responsibilities** + Oversee daily production and packaging operations on two high-speed lines, ensuring optimal performance and product flow. + Collaborate with support departments such as Quality Assurance, Warehousing, Sanitation, and Maintenance to ensure smooth integration and alignment of production goals. + Optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by addressing bottlenecks, minimizing downtime, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles. + Lead, coach, and develop your team, promoting involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities. + Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards, including GMP, SQF, and HACCP protocols. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of supervision experience with GMP required + Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies + Strong leadership and team development skills + Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite + Familiarity with quality inspection, sanitation, and operations management **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Bilingual in English and Spanish is nice to have **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with disability insurance.
