Education and ExperienceProven leadership skills. Minimum of 1 (one) year supervision experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of quality control, SPC and checking parts on a check fixture is preferredKnowledge of automotive stamping, assembly welding, and laser cutting processes is preferredStrong interpersonal communication skills required
