This role plays a critical part in aligning materials, artwork approvals, labor, and equipment to meet customer delivery expectations.

The ideal candidate will work proactively identifying production gaps, resolving bottlenecks, and collaborating closely with Production, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure smooth workflow across multiple departments. This position also includes team leadership, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Production Supervisor Details:

Direct Hire position$50,000.00 /annuallyFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer commitmentsMonitor production progress using internal software and reporting tools to identify delays or inefficienciesCoordinate materials, garments, artwork approvals, and labor assignments in advance of production runsManage day-to-day production operations across multiple departmentsLead, motivate, and supervise production employees to achieve productivity and quality goalsOperate a forklift as needed to move materials to and from production areas

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

3–5 years of manufacturing experience1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or people management roleExperience with screen printing and related production processes strongly preferredWorking knowledge of production scheduling and production reportingProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other standard business softwareAbility to successfully complete Forklift Driver licensingApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
