Production Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position$50,000.00 /annuallyFull Time work availableFirst ShiftThe Production Expeditor is responsible for building and managing the production schedule to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. This role works closely with production, sales, and customer service to confirm garments, artwork approvals, staffing, and inventory are aligned with customer timelines. The position oversees multiple production departments, supports and develops team members, drives continuous improvement and safety initiatives, maintains reports and records, and ensures compliance with company policies. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience, prior leadership experience, strong knowledge of production scheduling and reporting, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to obtain forklift certification. Experience in screen printing is preferred.
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
* Post high school education
*Minimum 3-5 years experience in manufacturing and 1-3 years managing people.
* Experience in screen printing and the process is desired.
* Working knowledge of production reporting and production scheduling.
*Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software.
* Successfully complete Forklift Driver licensing process.
